Hedge still intruding over the footpath

Reported via desktop in the Hedges category anonymously at 10:59, Thursday 30 April 2026

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The hedge, which when checking the OCC Highways map, is OCC responsibility, as discussed with a member of OCC Trees team and Chris Grain of OCC Highways, now is growing and overhanging the footpath to such an extent that a someone walking up this path is forced into the road on a blind bend which is potentially dangerous, putting pedestrians into the path of vehicles. This has previously been raised and closed and nothing done - what will it taker, someone getting run over?
