Open excavation / trench on corner High Street / Park Drive following SSEN works. This is barriered but has been left open since February 2026. Presents Health and Safety risk if left unfilled.

  • Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. While Oxfordshire County Council is not responsible for this problem, according to our record this verge is private and would between the utility and the land owner. There is no permit as they do not require one if they are working off the highway. The report will now be closed on Fix My Street.
