Very large deep pothole on main road

The pothole has been here for a long while now. It was refilled a month or so ago and the patch lasted less than 24 hours. This is one of many along this road and they are becoming dangerous. A young boy hit it with his scooter over the weekend and sadly came off. It is starting to get very deep now and every car that comes past hits it.
