The drain is blocked with silt and dirt. It's a 40 mph road, so I couldn't clear the top of the drain for the photo.

Gullies are cleaned in accordance with the County Council’s maintenance policy, and we operate a targeting program with a higher frequency of cleaning in areas at risk of flooding.
