No light from streetlight for over a month, reported 2 weeks ago, a definite safety issue. Between 17 and 19 withers way, can't see kerb when dark, wet leaves on path and this street mostly accommodates old age pensioners.

Thank you for your report, this is logged on our management system as a fault. Currently the temporary policy is for our interim contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority, these will be attended within a 24hr period. However, when and if additional resources plus materials are available the contractor has started to carry out repairs to the older outstanding faults these will be grouped by areas for efficiency.
Individual parts will also need to be ordered on a number of faults as these are not standard items, unfortunately this will increase the time it takes that these units are not operational. We are currently in the process of negotiating with our interim contractor to provide additional resources to look at all faults to reduce the outstanding levels, however these will not have target timescales for repairs but we anticipate that they will be fixed as soon as possible.

Street light still not working (20th Dec 2016) when will it get fixed? It was reported over a month ago. It is dark and dangerous. I nearly slipped over on wet leaves whilst carrying my young baby outside number 17 as it was pitch black. On an estate that houses mainly elderly residents I think its disgusting the lighting hasn't been fixed yet.

We have passed this to our contractor as priority due to the amount of time the unit has been out and its location.
