Thank you for your report, we have this logged as a fault on our management system. Currently the temporary policy is for our interim contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority, these will be attended within a 24hr period. However, when and if additional resources plus materials are available the contractor has started to carry out repairs to the older outstanding faults these will be grouped by areas for efficiency.
Individual parts will also need to be ordered on a number of faults as these are not standard items, unfortunately this will increase the time it takes that these units are not operational. We are currently in the process of negotiating with our interim contractor to provide additional resources to look at all faults to reduce the outstanding levels, however these will not have target timescales for repairs but we anticipate that they will be fixed as soon as possible.

Over 2 months later and still not fixed. I wonder what would happen if we didn't pay our council tax for 2 months?

Unfortunately our current policy is still to attend to structural and electrical emergencies in the first instance. This is logged on our management system to attend to as soon as we are able to do so.
