Investigating
There is a Thames Water valve cover that rocks when a vehicle goes over it and the noise transmitted is very loud. This anomaly was created when the highway was resurfaced by OCC Contractors late 2025. The frame for cover and frame requires removing and rebedding. It wakes me upbwgen a number of cars go over it at tfe same time. It sounds like a train!
