Large culvert 12cm deep

This has been gradually getting worse over time. It's now about 5m long and approx 18cm deep in the centre. It's also on a bend so presents a danger to all road users as the road is so narrow. The damage has been made worse by recent roadworks and yet there is no warning to road users except a traffic cone which was placed there in the last few days. It's particularly dangerous when full of water
