Pothole in the wheel track, deeper then 40mm

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Westbound side of road, left had side. Its been here for a few weeks and its getting deeper, it now risks damaging peoples cars or injuring cyclists. Same with all the other holes on this road. OCC say potholes are filled in a priority order, why is this and others like this not a priority? What other criteria do they possibly need to meet?
