A420 Shrivenham to the other side of Acorn Bridge

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Several large potholes that have joined up. Very dangerous as have to weave between them and difficult with traffic coming in other direction. This has been reported several times this year but no idea when the matter is going to be dealt with. Think matter is now critical.

  • I was driving to Swindon yesterday 8th April 2026 and this large pothole across most of the traffic lane cannot be avoided without swerving into oncoming traffic. It requires urgent attention please. As shown on the map it is A420 Westbound between the Shrivenham junction and Acorn bridge
