Dangerous speeding

Along reading road, there is a dangerous amount of speeding.

There is 2 school entrances located along this road, and in particular as people 'leave' the village do not observe 20mph. They speed far before the entrance to the Oratory and are constantly nearly crashing.

Can somebody observe or set up a temporary camera? Given there is 2 schools along this road and access to a housing development, it should be a priority.

This issue has been going on for as long as I have lived in the area, 6 months +
