Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

My recently wheelchair bound near neighbour uses this footway along Longmead but sadly there are no drop-kerbs for him to cross this kerbed access to rear garages on his route to the shops and nearby friends. Please can this omission be dealt with.
