Currently the temporary policy is for our interim contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority, these will be attended within a 24hr period. However, when and if additional resources plus materials are available the contractor has started to carry out repairs to the older outstanding faults these will be grouped by areas for efficiency. This fault is logged on our management system for release as soon as we are able to do so.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, unfortunately the unit(s) you are referring to are not owned or maintained by Oxfordshire County Council, these are private lights that would be the responsibility of the developer/landowner whom you would need to contact direct.

Apologies, this is maintained by Oxfordshire County Council. Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.
