Continued failed road surface as highlighted in the photo.

Requires a whole resurface. This section of road has previously been repaired multiple times in the past 3 months and lasts less than a few weeks.

    Please investigate further , multiple reports already made. As per previous reports/incidents this will just continue to worsen over the coming days and weeks leading a bigger and deeper issue including a pot hole.
