Blocked gulley drain. Rainwater pooling

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Rainwater is pooling directly outside the entrance to the recreation ground. It appears to be caused by the drain being blocked. The gulley grate is visible but no water visibly draining away beneath. Water is pooling hallway across road after heavy rain & is a significant pedestrian spray risk especially for children.
