The deep potholes around the grates and the trench that runs between lanes are really dangerous for bikes.

The ironworks in the left lane going straight over the roundabout heading into Abingdon stand proud of the missing tarmac that normally surround it. The gap is so wide all around, that drivers are forced into the next lane, in order not to blow out their car tyres and damage the wheels, thus making this very very busy roundabout extremely dangerous. Or slow right down and risk being up-ended by the following cars. More importantly, the danger is NOT VISIBLE AT NIGHT! It`s a matter of time of someone coming to serious harm.
