Today you sent the statement below about the verge issue (enquiry number above) Gigaclear stated you created in 2024.

Unfortunately I believe you may have visited the wrong property before making the assessment.

I have attached three further photographs. Highlighting the verge that is definitely NOT recovering. Hobb House (our property) from across the road, so you can see the property and the relevant verge. There are NO vehicle parking issues related to this verge. Along the road from the verge. I believe you have assessed the property four doors away, where there are vehicle parking issues.

Can you please re-assess as soon as possible and send an update with your proposed next steps.

New updates on Inaccurate investigation March 2024. Verge Ruined Thank you for the update. We have visited this location today, the verge appears to have recovered. Unfortunately, vehicles parking on the verge will not help the situation. For further issues regarding any issues with utilities, please do not hesitate to contact us accordingly and we refer this to our street works team to investigate further
