Overbearing hedge
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
This hedge, whilst nicely kept and neat, covers most of the path. It is extremely difficult to walk past and pushes you into the road. It would be extremely difficult to push a push chair along here without either the push chair or the person being in a hedge and makes people walk in single file
