The hole is very deep and cars push cyclists into the curb. A cycle wheel would drop considerable causing injury to cyclist. Hard to see at night time!

This hole has been white lined but it is getting deeper and far more dangerous, especially to cyclists. It has been developing since Christmas 2025. The gas cover is about an inch below the road surface anyway and about 3 inches of layers of tarmac have also eroded making the hole some 4 inches deep and very steep-sided. Damaging to car and van wheels and causes a severe bump to buses, again with possible damage. It is in a wheel track, near a junction and near invisible at night. Could this be repaired as a matter of urgency please?

Already reported but apart from drawing a white line around this hole, no further action is evident. Note that there is a sharp edge to the "Gas" services ironwork that forces traffic away from the adjacent footpath towards the right turn lane for traffic turning into Appleford Drive from Oxford Road (opposite Northcourt Road). This is neither desirable or safe - particularly for cyclist using this section of oxford Road.
