No stop sign where minor road meets main road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There is no stop (or give way) road sign nor white line markings at the junction with Uxmore Road. This road used by visitors to the Black Horse who may be very vulnerable to the poor visibility at the junction, and no indication of the priority. I reported this some long time ago, and nothing was done.
