4inch deep at worse point crack in road

I reported this previously but it was deemed not serious enough to repair. As stated before, these cracks in the concrete slab under the tarmac, cause the double decker buses (approx. 110 a day/3,088 a mth pass our house using this road) to bottom out their suspension making our houses shake/vibrate and adding extra noise. It has got a lot worse since my last report around 4/6 wks ago.
