Abandoned diversion sign

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I am not sure that this is the correct place to report this (please advise) but in cycling around south Oxfordshire I see a number of abandoned signs usually that have been associated with roadworks. There is no owners label on this sign, but presume that this belonged to a sub contractor. How or who do I contact to deal with this? (this particular one is at the top of Church Lane adj. to bus stop
