Numerous blocked drains on street

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

We had signs put out on the road in Jan stating that the drains were to be cleaned, so avoid parking on the street, and then any cars blocking drains would be moved. The date given for the cleaning was the 16th Jan. However, this didn’t happen. The signs remained in place until the 20th, and looking at our street Facebook page were collected by the council; “I watched the council lorry go down the street and the workers removed all the signs this morning. They did nothing with the drains even though many of them were accessible” “Yep I saw this too. One guy took a photo of a sign before removing it which was a curious twist” Is there a reason that the cleaning didn’t take place? And is it something that will be re-arranged?
