Poorly instaled temporary lights

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The three way traffic lights installed for the roadworks on Westminster way has not taken parked vehicles into account on Raleigh Park Road. Once a car stops at the red light on Raleigh Park Road no traffic can enter the road. Throw in a few dozen school children coming down the hill on their bikes and there is a recipe for disater. Please can it be sorted out ASAP.
