It took my 1 hour and 20 minutes to drive from BMW Factory to North Abingdon tonight because there was a lane closed off with ABSOLUTELY NO WORK ONGOING!! that's usually a 15 minute drive but for whatever reason the whole of the ring road was pretty much at a standstill as the lane was closed off without a workman in sight! Who the hell plans this? Absolutely appalling treatment of the people of Oxford. Whoever is in charge of traffic management in this County should be ashamed! They have caused nothing but chaos, closed roads and money traps.
