CATV cover/manholes broken

1) one CATV cover/manhole has been recently broken - it's to the left (when facing the doors) of the entrance to the block of flats (flats 38-42) - see pictures attached 2) another CATV cover/manhole was broken a year or more ago and remains open hole in the pavement - near the same block of flats, in the parking lot (facing the entrance doors, turn right till the corner of the building, than turn left and go till the corner of the building - the second hole is near that corner)
