Road is impossible to drive down

A section of this road is littered with potholes on both left and right sides, this has caused the center of the road to catch on the underneath of cars. It is so bad now I cannot drive my car along this stretch of road to get to my house. This had forced me to drive along a far longer route every day for months. The road has been fixed in the past but extremely poorly. Absolutely shocking that this hasn't been fixed yet.
