Large items collected on community litterpick

I organised our 8th annual community litter pick on Sunday. To date all rubbish collected, including large items are collected by BIFFA. This year they have left all the large unbagged items. I contacted SODC who explained that these items would need to be collected by County Council and to report them via Fix My Street. Are you able to help me please? I have never had this issue before. Thank you.
