  • Mrs Pamela Silverton Address 10 Eversley Close, Chadlington, Chipping Norton, OX7 3NW… The tenant has had a bad fall and claims the whole road ( particularly at the top ) is in a bad state and a trip hazard. her nose and face is badly swollen
