The road is breaking up again. Deep potholes reopening several with very sharp edges

The roads is breaking up AGAIN! Large holes with sharp edges you can not drive on this road faster than 15mph unless you can afford repairs! Can not t ake photos as I am disabled and dangerous for me to do so!
