Tree located behind boundary wall and ditch of number 90

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Private tree surgeon attended they advised to contact council, concerns with the ash tree overthrowing into property of 90, due to overhanging tree concerns around possible future damage to property. Please can you attend to inspect the tree.
