Very dangerous pothole and exposed manhole chamber

This pothole has been reported several times. It is now very large and very deep. A car hit it and had to be towed away due to the damage caused. The hole is 20cm deep, and the manhole chamber is exposed. Cars are swerving to avoid it, and the surrounding road area is in very poor condition. Immediate action is required to prevent serious injury.
