Large pothole now 3 more opened up round it

This issue has been highlighted numerous times over the past 3 monthsThere is no signage to warn anyone and with the water there now 4 potholes are impossible to see. There have been numerous accidents .there are car parts strewn across the verges , I seriously doubt an emergency vehicle would be able to pass .
