The hedge on 54 Kynaston Road is well over the boundary you can't even take a wheelchair past have to walk on the road why don't they take the hedge out and put a small wooden fence just look at the grass verge you can twist your ankle. this has been reported before. do you send any council workers to have a look. thank you
