Deep pothole obscured by water. Exposed manhole

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This pothole has been getting steadily worse and being underwater is difficult to see. There is a manhole in the pothole and as well as this raised object the sides are sharp
