Large potholes and bay markings are impossible to see

The cobbled disabled bays are full of large potholes and the markings are impossible to see with perfect vision let alone visual impairment. The bays need to be remarked and the bays need to be levelled to make it safe for disabled people using the bays. It’s dangerous.
