Gullys all along Wootton road are blocked

The gullys along Wootton Road are all blocked and filled with Silt, Mud, Leaves and Debris. Please can these be emptied as a matter of urgency. With the heavy rainfall its causing significant flooding, a safety risk to the children at nearby education facilities and problems for cars.
