Blocked drain causing flooding on road

There is blocked drain / gully on the corner of Bath St and Letcombe Avenue, which after heavy or persistent rain results in in a large deep puddle that causes anyone walking or cycling in the area to become soaked when a vehicle passes through the water. This has been like this for some time and getting worse.
