Numerous potholes and structurally unsafe surface

Reported via desktop in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 11:45, Thursday 19 February 2026

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This stretch of road in this vicinity has numerous holes, cracks and fissures. It is not SAFE and SUITABLE for ALL road users (which is a statutory requirement), particularly hazardous to those on two wheels. Needs structural patching at the very least and almost certainly resurfacing. Condition does not meet OCC stated aim of maintaining roads in current condition it is getting worse. A proper assessment of the whole road from A424 to Taynton should be undertaken

Council ref: ENQ261086052
