Very deep flooding especially at night everytime it rains

Road always floods. Very deep and very large. Not safe for road users.

It has happened historically and only stopped flooding a few years ago following maintenance to the drainage ditches by thw landowners/council.

After 3 or 4 years of no maintenance, road constantly flooding again. Not acceptable. I almost lost control of my vehicle when I hit this body of water at night when it wasnt visible!!

  • This is a 60pmh road and the flooding happens at night in 2 locations. No road lighting, no lights from houses etc due to rural location. Someone is going to have a crash due to this flooding. Who will be liable if / when this happens?
