Drain on road opposite red telephone box continues to be blocked 12 months on from my previous report. No action was taken as it should have been addressed through routine maintenance apparently. Clearly this is not true as it still hasn’t been cleared and water continues to stream down the lane to the pond instead of running underground through the drain as it is meant to.
