Multiple potholes.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

As happens every year over winter at this spot at the junction of Reading and Oxford councils jurisdiction, the road is breaking up with a number of potholes. The lack of drainage causes water to pool in the bottom of the valley and the winter cold breaks up the tarmac. This needs resurfacing and proper drainage to prevent damage to cars and reduce the risk of accidents on a blind bend where drivers are forced to spend more energy avoiding the potholes than watch out for cars coming around the corner.
