Multiple potholes up to 5 foot across, unavoidable

There are (again) sharp potholes all along the lane. The first photo is at the point marked, 5 ft across, sharp edges, 3-4 inches deep so far and growing. The second photo is at the Foxholes end, two potholes, 18" across, similar depth, almost impossible to avoid both. Beyond those the end of the lane wasn't repaired last time and is now completely cut up. Thank you for your attention.
