A Roads and Carriageways problem has been found

The barriers at the side of the road have been hit by cars over the last 2 years. a temporary orange fence has been installed for around 6 months, but no permanent repairs have been made. This is unsafe and needs to be reinstalled as well as looking ugly bright orange fencing and cones now littered in the ditch where they have blown over in storms.
