Drain blocked since the road/gutter was swept

This drain , on the corner of Folly Orchard Road & South Stoke Road, is never normally is blocked and drains well. But since the Road gullies were swept on 20 Feb '26, it is now blocked and a puddle is furniture over it and overflowing to the manhole cover nearby. So instead of improving drainage the road sweeper has mad it worse. Please can this be rectified, ASAP? Thank you.
