Pavement slope is pushing rain water towards my property resulting in rising damp inside

The pavement was dug up and resurfaced in 2023 by Thames water. I complained to them about it but nothing happened. It's causing internal damage to my property.

  • The pavement is outside Tawny Cottage which is currently in the middle of the road works being undertaken by Thames Water.
