Gipsy Lane pavements muddy and flooded

The lower pavement in Gipsy Lane continuously floods and gets full of mud every time it rains, posing a risk of slipping for elderly and children going to the nearby school. A solution is needed to remove water and stop people / cars driving and destroying the verges
