Dropped manhole in road

The utility manhole cover located in a busy arterial route A417 READING ROAD , EAST HENDRED heading towards ROWSTOCK just before the junction of RIDGEWAY CLOSE.
This man hole cover has dropped significantly on the road.
Cars, HGV Lorry’s and buses going down this pothole is causing the manhole to drop further down into the road. This is a busy road which a huge amount of traffic hourly. Cyclists are avoiding the manhole.
Every time a vehicle drives over the manhole cover a loud banging noise is made which echoes through RIDGEWAY CLOSE & PORTWAY CLOSE.
This needs urgent attention.

Any update? The other manhole cover opposite RIDGEWAY CLOSE reported on 31/12/2025 on reference 8609604 has been scheduled to be fixed , updated today.
This manhole cover on this active report 8917724 has dropped more than the one in the other report.
Any update on this report? Will they be fixed together. Ideally not in rush hour traffic , off peak hours where possible please due to this being a main road and arterial route.
