Street lamp but temporary lights has gone off.

The street lamp is not illuminated. It’s dangerous as we have temporary traffic lights and pedestrian lights here now for weeks due to this Thames water construction work and it’s too dark to cross at night safely. We’ve had flooding on Tuesday night at 10pm on 10 feb from pipes due to Thames water works ongoing which has caused more damage. BT open reach came to pump out excess water on Tue 10 feb evening but that caused damage furthermore. The cobbles pavement around the whole area and the base of this street lamp is in disrepair now and the grouting has been eroded and washed away by high water leak and surge and the pipe burst water damage. It’s dangerous. Our house now stinks of water and damp. Please investigate asap. We cannot walk safely or see or park and our house is at the location. Help!!
