Hedge covering path

This has had numerous reports, the hedge is covering over 50% of the path and the path has lifted, it is quite unsafe trying to walk on it. Even to have to cross the road the path on the other side is also reduced by at least 50%. Reports have been placed over the last year or 2 and still nothing is done.
